Customers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of receiving their order.
Requests made after the 7-day return period may not be eligible for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Be in its original condition.
Be unused, unopened where applicable, and not installed, activated, connected, charged, or modified.
Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or supplied incorrectly:
Products that have been installed, mounted, connected, or used.
Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or accidental damage.
Products damaged after delivery.
Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale items.
Custom-order or special-order products.
Gift cards or store credit vouchers.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, batteries that have been installed, connected, charged, modified, opened, or otherwise used are not eligible for return unless covered by warranty for a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs showing the product and any damage.
We may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning products to Meuse Electronics.
Return shipping costs, delivery charges, insurance costs, and any other expenses incurred in returning a product are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packaged and protected during transit. Meuse Electronics is not responsible for products that are lost, damaged, or delayed while being returned.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
In exceptional circumstances, Meuse Electronics may, at its sole discretion, agree to cover or reimburse return shipping costs.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
If the returned product does not meet the requirements of this policy, the return request may be denied, and the product may be returned to the customer.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Many products sold by Meuse Electronics are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, distributor warranty, or product-specific warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, claim procedures, and exclusions vary depending on the product purchased.
TurboVolt lithium batteries are covered under a separate TurboVolt Warranty Policy, which contains the full terms and conditions of coverage.
Other products, including lead-acid batteries and electronics, may carry different warranty periods and conditions. Where applicable, these warranties may be provided on a pro-rated basis in accordance with the specific warranty terms for that product.
Warranty claims are separate from and do not extend the 7-day Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers should refer to the warranty information supplied with their product, the relevant warranty policy published on our website, or contact us for assistance regarding warranty coverage.
Meuse Electronics reserves the right to inspect, test, and verify warranty claims before approving a repair, replacement, credit, or other remedy permitted under the applicable warranty terms.
