Outside Accra? Contact us and we will confirm the cost and timing before you pay.
You can also collect from our shop in Darkuman, Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 5PM.
Check your battery when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver within Accra. For addresses outside Accra, please contact us or message us on WhatsApp before ordering, and we will tell you what delivery options are available for your location.
2. Delivery cost
Delivery is free within Accra on all TurboVolt battery orders. For deliveries outside Accra, we will confirm any delivery charge with you before you pay.
3. Delivery times
We will confirm your delivery time when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates only. As set out in our Terms & Conditions, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, transport disruptions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Who delivers your order
Orders are delivered by Yango Delivery or local courier services.
5. Collecting in person
You are welcome to collect your battery from our shop:

6. When your order arrives
Inspect the battery immediately on delivery.
Report any visible shipping damage, shortages or incorrect items immediately.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, a description and clear photos. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.
7. Tracking your order
You can check the status of an order on our Track Order page, or message us with your order number.
