I’ve been using TurboVolt for about two and a half years with no issues. My car has drained the battery a few times, but it always charges back up and works at full power. With my old lead-acid battery, just a few drains were enough to damage it. TurboVolt has been much more reliable. I just wonder how many more years it will actually last me!
I was looking for a good battery for my Hyundai Kona because most of the lead-acid batteries I tried couldn’t get the start-stop system to work. A friend recommended TurboVolt, so I decided to give it a try. So far, I have no regrets. The start-stop works well, and with all the traffic in Accra, I’ve even noticed I’m saving more fuel.
The batteries in town these days are terrible. My pickup battery kept dying after about a year and a half. I actually walked in to buy a Bosch battery but ended up leaving with a TurboVolt because of the 3-year warranty. The price was a bit high, but I decided to take the chance. No regrets at all. Four months later, I came back and bought another one for my other vehicle. Solid battery!
